Pourquoi le paiement par chèque n’est-il plus accepté ?

Nous avons malheureusement rencontré de nombreux cas d’abus : chèques sans provision, commandes non réglées, impayés. Pour protéger notre équipe et garantir un service de qualité à toutes nos clientes, nous avons dû suspendre définitivement ce mode de paiement.

Puis-je payer par virement bancaire ?

Le virement bancaire n’est pas proposé sur la boutique en ligne pour les mêmes raisons de sécurité. Pour les commandes professionnelles ou les gros volumes, contactez-nous directement : nous étudions chaque demande.

Puis-je payer à la livraison ?

Non, le paiement à la livraison (contre-remboursement) n’est pas disponible. Votre commande est validée et expédiée uniquement après réception du règlement par CB ou PayPal.

Suspended payment methods

Following several cases of abuse and unfulfilled orders, the following payment methods have been deactivated:

Cheque payment — permanently suspended.
Standard bank transfer — not available on the online shop.
Cash on delivery (COD) — not offered.

Payment in 4 interest-free instalments via PayPal is available from 30 € and up to 2 000 €. You will see the option appear automatically during PayPal checkout.

Are there any hidden fees with 4-instalment payment ?

None at all. 0 € in fees, 0 € in interest. You pay the exact price of your order, spread across 4 equal instalments.

Why are cheque payments no longer accepted ?

Unfortunately, we have encountered numerous cases of abuse: bounced cheques, unpaid orders, non-payments. To protect our team and ensure high-quality service for all our customers, we had to permanently suspend this payment method.

Can I pay by bank transfer ?

Bank transfer is not available on the online shop for the same security reasons. For wholesale orders or large volumes, contact us directly: we review every request.

Can I pay on delivery ?

No, cash on delivery is not available. Your order is confirmed and dispatched only after receiving payment by card or PayPal.

What happens if my payment is declined ?

Your order will not be processed and no amount will be debited. Please check your bank card limit, the 3D Secure code received by SMS, or try another payment method. If the issue persists, contact us via WhatsApp.

Will I receive an invoice ?

Yes. A PDF invoice is emailed to you as soon as your order is confirmed. You can also download it from your customer account.
