Enjoy free shipping on orders of 49€ or more across the entire abayafemme.com website. We ship worldwide, except to military areas and certain countries due to postal restrictions.

Shipping is free for orders delivered in metropolitan France from 49€. We also offer delivery to a pickup point or standard shipping with a delivery time of 48h to 72h.

• Tracked Colissimo shipping
• Colissimo shipping with signature
• Delivery to a pickup point (Mondial Relay, parcel pickup point or Shop2Shop)
• Express shipping "Chronopost 24h"

How long does it take for my parcel to be dispatched?

• Items in stock: Orders placed in the morning are dispatched the same day or the next working day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday are dispatched on Monday.
• Items being restocked: Orders are dispatched as soon as the items arrive at our workshop, within 7 to 21 days.

How to Return an Item to Abaya Femme

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. Follow these steps:

• Costs covered: From your third order onwards, we reimburse your costs as store credit that can be used on a future order.
• Return costs payable by you: You are responsible for the cost of your first two returns.

Refund of Shipping Costs

The actual shipping cost will not be refunded if the parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information. Please enter your personal details accurately:

• Full name
• Full address (Street, House/Apartment Number, City, Postal Code)
• Valid email address and phone number

If the customer does not collect their parcel from the pickup point:

You have a minimum of 7 calendar days to collect your parcel. After this period, the following fees apply:

• 1 item returned: Fee = 1€ + shipping cost
• 2 items returned: Fee = 2€ + shipping cost
