Vous disposez d'un délai de 30 jours à compter de la date de réception pour retourner un article. Voici les étapes :
- Frais pris en charge : À partir de votre troisième commande, nous remboursons vos frais sous forme d'avoir utilisable sur une prochaine commande.
- Retour à votre charge : Les frais des deux premiers retours sont à votre charge.

Remboursement des Frais de Livraison
Le montant réel des frais d'expédition ne sera pas remboursé si le colis est retourné pour cause d'informations incorrectes ou incomplètes. Veuillez renseigner vos informations personnelles avec précision :

- Email et numéro de téléphone valides
Si le client ne retire pas son colis chez le point relais :
Vous avez un délai minimum de 7 jours calendaires pour retirer votre colis. Passé ce délai, les frais suivants s'appliquent :
- 1 article retourné : Frais = 1€ + montant d'expédition
- 2 articles retournés : Frais = 2€ + montant d'expédition
